The Court rules that he resigned freely

Former President Robert Mugabe must be declaimed and delusional as a result of a high court ruling that resigned freely and voluntarily.

The decision was made Tuesday by the judge dismissing a request from some little-known politicians who sought to overturn the inauguration of President Emmerson Mnangagwa last November

These politicians, by the way, were more likely to be sent by Mugabe so that he himself does not seem to be fighting the current regime in court. It is a common practice in Zimbabwe that very little known people are used to fight major wars.

The judgment must have been a great shock to Mugabe and his people because the former felt that he had been badly betrayed and betrayed by his former comrades.

That Mugabe is a bitter old man is not a secret as he spoke angrily against his ouster, even qualifying the current regime as illegitimate.

So, for a chief justice to make such a decision must really make him livid and, unfortunately for him, he can not do much without healing his emotional wounds.

Although this decision may be absurd in the sense that it is well known that Mugabe had no choice but to resign after the coup d'etat and be placed under house arrest, he is very difficult to feel pity for Mugabe while he is just lying on the bed.

During his time, Mugabe is badured that his opponents never enjoy fair trials. In fact, bringing Mugabe to justice was a waste of time because the verdict was already known, the old man has never been a loser, even in clear cases of violation of the law.

The late Morgan Tsvangirai must smile from his grave for he is a man who tried to fight Mugabe in court – especially in matters of elections and stolen victory – but never was fair because the president of the day had literally put the justice system in his pocket. He went against him with a Chief Justice that he decided to reign that he freely resigned – to speak bitterly sweet irony!

I can imagine how hostile he became when he heard about this decision. How did the Chief Justice dare to resign when army tanks and fully armed soldiers had surrounded his house and were ready to pull the trigger when he continued to resist?

Well, sir the former president!

Remember how you said our judicial system is very independent even though it was clear that he was working according to the instructions above. Perhaps if you had allowed the courts to be independent and fair during your days, the decision in this case would have been somewhat different.

So, accept the decision that you have freely resigned and move Uncle Bob, after all the country's judicial system. the system is extremely impartial.
