"The Ministry of Higher Education for Scientific and Technological Research informs government-sponsored students and the public that the stipends of students of higher education have been increased with effect as of July 1, 2018. The increase is as follows:
1. Off-campus allowance increased by 200.00 pounds and the new allowance will be 1620.00 pesos per month.
2 The allowance on campus has increased by 100.00 pesos and the new allowance will be 250 pesos a month. "
