Shadman Islam is expected to debut as Bangladesh coaches announced the hiring of a 13-member team for the second test against Windies on Tuesday, Nov. 27. There was no room for Imrul Kayes, who was resting because of a pain in the shoulder, while Tamim Iqbal continued to recover from a lateral tension. Islam will partner with Soumya Sarkar, as organizers look to seal a 2-0 win after winning the first test by 64 points.
There was only one change while the selectors decided to enter with a winning combination. Islam, who has played 42 first-clbad games, has 3023, averaging 47.50. Before the first test, when Tamim's availability was confusing, the breeders had added Islam as cover. His 73 wins against the visitors in the pre-season match helped him get into the group, confirmed coach Steve Rhodes ahead of the series. In his last six first-clbad games for Dhaka Metro, Islam scored three half-ages and over two hundred and fifty points.

"Imrul Kayes has a sore shoulder and that's why we chose to rest him," said Cricbuzz, Minhajul Abedin, selector at BCB. "We are looking forward to seeing how Shadman will react to international cricket." He manages to qualify for the XI while he scores goals fairly consistently in the national tournament [Highest scorer in NCL].
"There is no specific update on Tamim's injury status, so we have not included it.But if it is available, we can include it at any time, that's why we had to announce a team of 13 members. "
Kayes, after her magnificent form in the limited-edition series against Zimbabwe, saw a drop in points. He scored three single-digit scores in both tests and failed to make a good impression in the first test against Windies. However, he scored 44 points in the first test on a track turning and allowed Bangladesh to make a good start despite a quick defeat.
Abedin also answered questions about selectors who did not save the pacers while playing at home. In the first test, Bangladesh scored Mustafizur Rahman with only one coach, who only played four more goals in the match. "I think we have to think where we play before saying that we do not support the bowlers." At the last test, all the wickets were taken by the spinners and that definitely indicates that they have a good confidence to their credit, "he stressed.
The second and final test will take place in Dhaka from November 30, before the two teams compete for three ODIs and three T20Is.
