Sid Meier's Civilization V is Now Available on Steam for Mac

Ready to get out of the cave, lick a monolith, find a civilization, go to war, launch a Renaissance, fire some nuclear weapons, then load your people in a rocket to charge Alpha Centauri?

PublicityGood news then. Sid Meier's Civilization V is now available for the Mac via Valve's Steam digital delivery service.

If you do not know the Civilization series in any of his incarnations in the last twenty years, the official text explains quite well things:

The good news is that if you have already bought Civilization V on the PC via Steam, you already have it on the Mac: just launch Steam and the download should start. If not, it costs $ 49.99, or $ 54.99 if you want some tidy extras, including a behind the scenes video, a bonus animator and the OST game.
