In the week following its first NASCAR Xfinity Series victory last weekend at the Talladega Superspeedway, Brandonbilt Motorsports welcomes a new partner.

American PetroLog, a leader in reliability and operational safety in the petrochemical industry, will be the primary sponsor of Brandon Brown’s No. 68 Chevrolet in Saturday’s Race for the Cure 250 at Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval .

“It’s huge for us,” said Brown. Kickin ‘the tires. “The partnership is really what helps our team get the right equipment and have the right people. Everything you need to streamline Brandonbilt Motorsports to Victory Lane.

Jeff Colonna, President and CEO of American PetroLog, is excited to join Brandonbilt Motorsports as his company makes its NASCAR sponsorship debut.

“We are a team of logistics professionals with a background in chemistry,” he said. “We are focused on streamlining their supply chains and delivering a safe and efficient end product. We strive to create solutions for our customers.

“[Working in NASCAR] is something we’ve always had our eyes on. Brandon and his team, what they do, really appealed to us. It’s a family business, a small team. Brandon has a lot of strengths as we saw last week.

“From conversations with Brandon over the past few months, I really felt like he was our guy. We believe our values match the product Brandon and his father put on the trail. “

In choosing Brandonbilt as a NASCAR partner, Colonna called the family team the “American dream” and the perfect organization to work with.

“We want to support a family business like Brandon’s and contribute a little to its success,” he said. “We’re here for him. We focus on small businesses, we hire veterans. We are all Americans, and what Brandon has built here is truly the American Dream.

Hearing so much praise, Brown continues to believe that values alignment is crucial to building long-standing business relationships.

“For us, it’s always exciting to announce new partnerships,” said Brown. “We can build relationships with people like Jeff and his team to support us. It is always something that we are grateful for because they help our dream. In return, we hope to take them to Victory Lane and also establish American PetroLog in the NASCAR business sector.

“When there is a strong synergy there, it really helps develop success because you can become passionate about the product and the company. This translates easily and you’ll see it when I talk about American PetroLog.

“When your goals align, success comes.”

Entering Roval’s race weekend as the new winner of the Xfinity Series race, Brown is hoping to build on not just the victory but his recent road course numbers as well. The No.68 finished 12th or better in four of six road races in 2021.

“The attitude is to take what we learned last year running at Roval in torrential rain,” he said. “Take all the knowledge from this race and incorporate it into this year’s race if it rains.

“The real thing is making sure you stay mentally strong and stay in the fight no matter what. I hope to bring our # 68 American Chevrolet PetroLog to Victory Lane and do it back to back in the series.
