The International Space Station (ISS) often graces the Internet with its stunning images of Earth as seen from space. Shared on the official ISS Twitter account, the latest set of photos show the Earth’s aurora seen between city lights and the stars.

The post explains that the photo was taken while the space station was in orbit 51.6 ° above the equator.
