The warning applies to the districts of Lovech, Gabrovo, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Sliven, Burgas, Yambol, Haskovo, Kardjali and Smolyans

The warning applies to the regions of Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Rusenska, Targovishte, Razgrad, Silistra, Shumen, Dobrich, Varna, Sofia, Sofia and Blagoevgrad.
