Sliven's fighter-brothers were arrested by the cops in Sunny Beach after being caught in the context of a street robber gang. They attacked tourists whom they forcibly collected phones and expensive money. The victims include mainly women, children and adolescents.

Marian Ganev, 22, and her brother Daniel, 20, were operated on after a special operation after the anti-gangsters had been looking for them for weeks. With them was arrested their 19-year-old Nikolay from the village of Benkovsky in Plovdiv. The three acted in complicity and took the tourists after a preliminary agreement. Many stolen phones were found in the Amadeus complex of the Sliven brothers. In the search, the cops also found a solid amount of drugs. In the hotel room, the pines contained about 10 grams of white powder – amphetamine, about 200 grams of dry green plant mbad, cannabis, portable electronic scales and a polyethylene bag for cutting drugs. Investigators say that, apart from looting, the group has also been involved in drug trafficking.
The two brothers became sports stars. They are considered as the greatest hopes of the Bulgarian struggle. The older brother Marian is a Republican champion in the 92 kg category, very quickly he was to be part of the national team of our country to present us at the European and world championships. According to the coaches, his brother Daniel was also considered a great talent and was the sports pride of his hometown Sliven. He won a dozen honors and was preparing for the big sport. Their bright future in the ring is however questioned after the scandalous arrest.
The investigation of the group of thieves began after a series of tourist complaints. The victims say that the attackers were extremely aggressive and cruel. They acted mainly in the dark and the shorter hours when the lanes of the station are not so animated. They were waiting for equipped tourists and attacked them quickly. In order to respect their victims and avoid a possible resistance, they beat them before they were overwhelmed.
Among those beaten and injured are a 28-year-old Moldovan tourist, an 18-year-old Englishman and a 15-year-old German teenager.
The killers were arrested around 4 am on July 11 and made a full confession about the crimes they committed. Police reported that they had been remanded in custody.
