Smokeless cigarettes with higher excise rates have increased since October

The excise duty on smokeless cigarettes goes from 152 to 233 leva per kilogram of tobacco, the parliament said Thursday. The new rate comes into effect on October 1 of this year. Since then, the box is expected to reach 8 leva and now it is 5.50 BGN
