  Three Municipalities in Vratsa Region Report 39; emergency condition due to rains fell

Vratsa. Three municipalities in the Vratsa region declared a disastrous situation due to rainfall – the municipalities of Hajredin, Borovan and Mizia. Due to heavy rains and the danger of overflowing dams, mayors of municipalities are advised to take measures for the protection of the population. At 1 pm the Rogozen-1 reservoir overflows by 3 cubic meters and later the speed increases to 15 cubes ./p.
In the late afternoon, District Governor Malina Nikolova explained that the water level of the dam was no longer rising and the situation was slightly stabilized. She explained that the level of all the rivers in the village of Lipnitsa, Krushovitsa and the water, which will eventually reach Mizia in the morning, added that residents of the city were warned that there might be have an evacuation. Nikolova explained that during the day, the streets of Moesia were cleaned of mud and embankments, and civil protection works to pump water from people's houses and their properties
