Toilet Co-op Pantry: Rockwood First Congregational Church, 22600 Mather Street Rockwood, houses the Toilet Co-op Pantry, which provides personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, lightly used clothing and some foodstuffs. All items are free. The pantry will open from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the last Monday of each month. If this Monday is a public holiday, the pantry will be open the previous Monday. Downstream Women’s Social Group: Join women at Rockwood First Congregational Church, 22600 Mather Street, Thursdays from around 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a chat and friendship. Some crafts on rings or board games / playing cards. Some arrive late or leave early, some bring a lunch bag and eat together. No contributions; No religious affiliation required. Pantry: Every Thursday, DownRiver Church hosts an emergency pantry for a one-day dietary supplement for individuals and families living in DownRiver communities. Community Community and Toiletries Co-op Dinner: Serving Those in Need at Rockwood First Congregational Church, 22600 Mather St, Rockwood. The free lunches will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month. Each month, the free dinner is for anyone suffering from hunger or loneliness. The building is accessible to disabled people. The Toiletry Co-op is stocked with the 10 most requested toiletries and will be open during dinner hours.
