California among the worst states in retirement, report says

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – California is one of the worst states in which it has retired, according to a new report.

, place California in the 43rd overall position on the list of the best and worst states to retire.

To create the list, the site examined a number of important factors for retirees, including the cost of living and weather conditions.

While California ranked 13th for the weather, Golden State also placed the penultimate when it comes to affordability.

California also ranked 34th for crime and 17th for culture.
