Camila Alves McConaughey gets into the #ThrowbackThursday spirit with an old bikini photo and a reminder for people to love each other.
The 39-year-old model took to her Instagram account to post a photo of herself with a golden glow while rocking a black and red bikini. And while some might have thought she was by the pool at the moment, McConaughey captioned the photo, “Cheated on you!” and said “NO, my body doesn’t look like this now”, before revealing the most significant intention behind the message.
“Just a friendly reminder to LOVE YOU at any stage,” she wrote, “it’s not easy when you’re not at your perfect place, but remember loving yourself- same is the MOST important thing and it will trigger any changes you could be looking for! And trust me even if you are in your perfect place it is always changes for better health and spiritually. The journey never ends ! “
McConaughey then reminded her followers to “BE NICE AND DON’T COMPARE WITH OTHERS” – a topic the mother-of-three didn’t hesitate to talk about as her body has changed after having children.
“I’m definitely a lot more curious,” she said.
