Two people are charged with badaulting an employee of a parking enforcement company after he had derailed a vehicle parked illegally in downtown Halifax Monday afternoon
. "The police determined that a man from a parking control company had been called to this location to remove a priming device from a vehicle parked in a private garage. When the worker arrived, the driver attacked him with a tire lever and the man with her attacked him with a pipe, and they also attacked them with their hands, said the police. "The victim suffered no visible injuries and was able to block most of the attacks."
A 27-year-old woman will appear in provincial court to answer charges of badault, damage material and obstruction, and a male suspect, age 31, will appear in court to face charges of armed aggression
