An autopsy confirmed that the "sudden death" of a six-year-old boy in Hamilton last week was the result of a fall from a balcony of the apartment.
According to a police statement released Monday, An autopsy concluded that the death was "non-criminal".
On Wednesday, Hamilton police and paramedics were called to a building near Young and John Streets at around 5 pm, where they found a young child on the floor. 19659005] The child was declared dead on the scene
Last week, police confirmed that the child's family was home at the time of the incident and that the # 39, event came from the sixth floor of the building. Police said that they were investigating the incident as a "sudden death".
On Monday afternoon, the police confirmed that the child had fallen off a sixth floor balcony.
No one is charged with this death.
