A major criminal unit of the RCMP investigates after 58 years old … old man was shot
The Southeast District Serious Crimes Unit was called to investigate a shootout that killed an Oliver man
On July 17, 2018, at 10:11 pm, the RCMP Oliver / Osoyoos received a report that a man had been shot in front of his residence on Wilson Mountain Road in Oliver. By appointment, the police located the victim and provided immediate medical badistance. The 58-year-old victim was taken to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries
The Serious Crimes Section of the Southeast District was called to investigate with the badistance of the Regional Section. General Survey of South Okanagan and Similkameen. The first indications are that the parties involved are known to each other.
