Panasonic has announced its entry into the OLED TV segment which aims to give users good image quality and color accuracy, inspired by Hollywood movies. The new OLED range is available in the FZ950 55-inch series and the FZ1000 65-inch series with a starting price of Rs 2.99,000. Equipped with Hexa Chroma Drive Pro, the TV reproduces the colors of professional color processing technology. For the most dynamic contrast, it has an absolute black filter, which is supposed to ensure accurate black levels by absorbing ambient light to eliminate glare.
Panasonic uses Super Bright Panel Plus which, according to the company, injects more brightness into the images, while the HDR10 + ensures a pleasant image quality on all screens with brightness, color and contrast automatically optimized for each scene.
Ultra fine tuning technology is used to create fine detail and establish a good distinction in different colors. The new range is also equipped with slim and dynamic blade speakers for a pleasant sound quality.
For better images, the Hexa Chroma Drive Pro, Panasonic's original color-processing technology, has been designed to faithfully reproduce many colors and faithfully reproduce difficult shades. The new range also features the black absolute filter used to reduce external glare to reproduce specific black shades.
Designed with smart features, the new OLED TVs are upgraded to a new operating system – My Home Screen 3.0 that allows users to customize and navigate their content apps. The Two-Way Bluetooth Audio Link feature connects to a wireless audio speaker via Bluetooth to provide powerful sound and lets you play music content from a smartphone or tablet on the speakers of the TV. Panasonic claims to have designed the OLED TV range for perfect viewing. The FZ1000 and FZ950 have been fashioned with dark metallic finishes.
The 4K TV is designed for improved picture quality and dynamic sound. With the Hexa Chroma Drive Pro, Panasonic's new 4K range is equipped with a super-bright 550-unit panel, HDR1000, meant to enhance image quality through improved local dimming of the LED backlight, and combines precise backlight control with additional processing to provide better localization of black levels. In addition, the FX800 glbad bezel is said to add a touch of finesse to the design and finish of TVs
