A 33-year-old Qualicum Beach man, Joel Perry, faces 70 charges related to a series of "threatening, harbading, and indecent" phone and video calls, according to a Surrey RCMP statement. the calls took place between November 2017 and April 2018, and while Perry targeted women across the province, the majority of incidents occurred in the Lower Mainland.
Perry was arrested for the first time on May 16th. technical inquiry. "
