Phosphorescent Announces "This Is Life", First Album In 5 Years: "New Birth In New England"

Phosphorescent, Matthew Houck's folk-rock project, has not been released since 2013 Muchacho . It's about to change. Houck is back today with the single of a LP titled C is The Life released in October on Dead Oceans.

The song is called "New Birth In New England". tinted easy rambler, a bright and friendly return after five years. Meanwhile, Houck fell in love, started a family, moved to Nashville and built his own studio. It looks like he's used it well. Compared to the humble and dark beginnings of the project, this song is vibrant and bursting with joy
