Bandai Namco revealed that the Whirlwind master, Inasa Yoarashi, would join the line-up in The justice of my hero later this month.
Inasa Yoarashi, also known as Gale Force, is known for his long-range combat skills and energetic personality. The character will be available for purchase and download from November 14 and will also have his own mission pack, similar to previously published DLC characters Endeavor and Deku Shoot.

Inasa declined the offer to join UA High School, while he was at the top of the school's wish list ahead of Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki.
His vorticity whirlwind allows him to manipulate the wind to control the distance between him and his opponent. Utilizing this power, he has total control of the terrain, making him an expert in ranged attack.
