The XFL is about to introduce a team to St. Louis, bringing professional football back to Missouri for the first time since the NFL Rams left for Los Angeles.

According to a report by Frank Cusumano, KSDK St. Louis / 5 On Your Side Sports Director, the XFL will bring a team to St. Louis, which will play 10 games in the 2020 season. Five of these games will be played at Dome at America's Center. (formerly the Edward Jones Dome), which housed the Rams home from 1995 to 2015.

In addition, according to a Reddit article written by the user ReadingTeaLeaves, we may have a major update on the XFL this Wednesday, December 5th. It is expected that this will be an announcement of the total number of eight host cities for the XFL revival teams. As we know, the XFL plans to revive in 2020 through Vince McMahon's latest commercial project, Alpha Entertainment.

According to this post, the XFL is deliberately secretive because of all its competitors. They are considering not only the NFL competition, but also the new initiative by Charlie Ebersol, of the Alliance of American Football (AAF), and apparently a third new competitor of the National Football League, the American Patriot League:

The XFL is deliberately secretive because of its competition. Most of the time, there is also another spring league in The American Patriot League. This group is led by former NFL player Brands Ogden and former XFL announcer, Bob Golic. Their league started trying out camps and announced that its first two markets would be Daytona Beach and Mobile Alabama. They have already started naming competitions and these two sites are Daytona Stadium and Ladd Peebles Stadium.

The AAF uniforms were unveiled earlier in the day and the quarterback draft of the league is planned for tonight.

It should be noted that this XFL ad message is the first publication of this account. WrestleZone solicited a statement from the XFL; A representative of the league said he was not able to comment on the date of announcement of the rumor or the cities involved.

At the introductory press conference earlier this year, Vince McMahon initially stated that all cities, including those with existing NFL teams, would be on the league's radar. No team has yet been confirmed by the league, but Oakland is a city that has lost, citing timing and space sharing with Oakland Athletics at the Coliseum.
