There would then be a chaotic debate over fourth place with 1 Clemson defeat, 2 Ohio State defeats, 2 Michigan defeats, and undefeated UCF with all a strong argument for joining Alabama, Notre Dame and Georgia. But would the committee override the state of Ohio in Michigan, despite the face-to-face result? Michigan would have "stronger" losses.
