The Vivo NEX S is one of the most exciting smartphones of the last few years, as it has many great features, such as a large screen without a notch, a sub-screen fingerprint scanner, a contextual selfie camera etc. A mysterious smartphone with advanced features such as dual display and triple back cameras has been unpacked on the Mrwhosetheboss YouTube channel. It is thought that it could be the Vivo NEX S2.
The video claims that the mystery phone will debut in December but reveals neither the name of the device nor the name of the brand. The unboxing video highlights the three innovative features of phones. Even though the phone is shown in the video, it does not really reveal its exact design.
The first feature the video is talking about is the lunar ring. it looks like a colorful RGB LED ring that can shine for notifications. The light ring is placed at the back of the phone.
The front of the phone is mainly occupied by the main screen. The back of the phone has another screen. The rear camera system can be used to make selfies, the second screen serving as a viewfinder. The handset does not have a selfie on the front. The design of the phone is reminiscent of the Nubia X dual-screen smartphone announced at the end of the previous month.
The mystery phone is equipped with three rear cameras that seem to be placed in Lunar Ring. An LED flash is placed next to it. The configuration of the triple camera may include a 3D Time Of Flight (ToF) sensor.
Recent rumors suggest that Vivo is working on a dual-display smartphone. Photo leaks from the phone also surfaced to reveal a dual-display design. However, there is no official confirmation of Vivo yet. In addition, there is no direct evidence to prove that the mystery phone unpackaged in the video above is the successor of Vivo NEX S.
