Canadian game developer BioWare Edmonton teased a Dragon Age announcement.

Casey Hudson, CEO of BioWare, wrote on the company's official blog that the studio was working on Dragon Age Things."

"Dragon Age is an extremely important franchise in our studio and we look forward to continuing its legacy. Look for more in the coming month (although I will not tell you where to look …), "Hudson wrote.

We do not know whatDragon Age "Stuff" means, but it is clear that we should expect something involving the role play franchise. IGN suggested that a possible announcement could be made during the Game Awards, which will air on Dec. 6. Bioware Edmonton is already confirmed to be at the show to reveal a new gameplay coming Anthem multiplayer science fiction game.

Earlier this year, Hudson tweeted that the next Dragon Age game would focus on the story and the character. In addition, the game will follow EA's "live service" model, in which games are continually expanded and added over time.

Hudson said that means next Dragon Age will develop continuously, probably through content updates.

A new Dragon Age would certainly be welcome, as the last installment, Dragon Age: Inquisition, launched in 2014.

Hudson also wrote about Anthem as the game approaches its release in February 2019, as well as plans for more Mbad Effect future content.
