A man arrested in a murder of a Riverdale man, police say – Toronto

Toronto police made an arrest in the death of a man who was not responding in the Riverdale area on Saturday.

Police accused Roger Foreshaw, 45, of second degree murder in the death of Kerry Romain, 47, of Toronto

Romain was found without vital signs near Eastern Ave. Lewis Street, just after 1 am Saturday. He was transported to a trauma center in a life-threatening state, but was declared dead at the hospital later,

Foreshaw was expected to appear in an audience hall of the Old Town Hall this morning.
