A suspect wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder in the deaths of two men in downtown Toronto

Toronto police say they're looking for a 22-year-old man following the shooting death of two men on Queen Street West last month.

Emergency teams were called at Queen Street West near Peter Street, east of Spadina Avenue, around 8 pm on June 30 with reports of gunshots being learned.

The paramedics took two men to a trauma center in dangerous conditions for their lives, where they died later

. Jahvante Smart, a rap artist known as "Smoke Dawg," and Ernest Modekwe, 28, who worked with Smart in the music industry, were later identified as male victims.

A third victim, a woman aged thirty or so years, was transported to the Hospital with serious injuries, but not putting his life in danger. Police said she would expect to recover from her injuries

In an update released Wednesday night by the police, investigators said a Canada-wide warrant had been issued against Abdulkadir Handule. He is wanted on two counts of first degree murder and attempted murder.
