An Edmonton family tries to find a 27-year-old man who disappeared five days ago after leaving work – Edmonton

The family of a 27-year-old man from Edmonton, who has not been seen since his departure Friday, says they're doing everything they can can to try to find it.

"We have gathered as many people as we do," Jenna Armstrong told Global News on Tuesday as she spoke about her efforts to find her brother, Kenneth Bradley Terpstra. "A lot of people came from outside the city … we had a search and rescue guy who could help us and so on a map, he badigned a different zone to each group and so they went out "We do not know what happened because he's a creature of the habit … he has the same routine every day," said Armstrong

. go to work, he comes home, he dines with his family, he helps his mother because she broke her leg.

"He lives at home with us here," said his mother, Tracie Lemishka . "He's a pretty unbaduming guy, stays home pretty much, he does not come out much."

Lemishka said the biggest research effort up here was Monday when about 100 people took part looking. She said that when she tries to call her phone, her calls go directly to her voice mailbox.

On Tuesday, the Edmonton Police Service released a photo of Terpstra, who usually wears his middle name, Brad, and appealed to The public said his disappearance was out of character.

Terpstra was last seen leaving work in the 39 Street and 53 Avenue area around 3:35 pm. June 29, 2018.

"He went to work at six o'clock, I spoke to him at six o'clock on Friday morning and that is the last time I talked to him," Lemishka said. "I already knew at six o'clock on Friday night that something was wrong … normally, he would be back at five o'clock at the latest."

"It's [been] five days now and we're trying to do that Armstrong says," It's so weird that it's not coming home. "

Armstrong says Terpstra's mother contacted the police immediately when her son did not come in.

Police said that Terpstra would drive his 2016 Chevrolet Cruze black with a license plate from Alberta : BRH-9804.

Terpstra is five feet seven inches tall, weighs about 200 pounds, has brown eyes and short brown hair
