The woman who took the video said she was beaten several times with a piece of concrete.

"I am simply overwhelmed by the way anyone can do it for a human being," said Mendoza. "He is 92, he has no trouble treating you like you did."

According to another witness, identified by CBS Los Angeles only as "Catherine", the girl's mother shouted "bad". things "in Rodriguez as she beat him with his hands and then a piece of concrete, including," go back to your country, why are you here? "

The witness said that she took out her phone and got a picture of a woman, who seems to be holding a piece of concrete while her child is standing nearby." Rodriguez is not seen on the picture.
