An 18-year-old Orillia man was charged with the death of a Mississauga woman and his two-year-old son was released on bail Wednesday.
Evan Campbell appeared in a Brampton court to face two charges of criminal negligence causing death and criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
On November 2nd, around 2 am, Campbell would be driving a Hyundai north on Mavis Road when his car would be at Nissan, in Burnhamthorpe, with a couple and their young son in the interior.
Khushbu Aroro, 31, and her son Prakrit Dogra were killed. Saket Dogra, 33, has had a fatal injury and remains in the hospital.
Police arrested Campbell on Tuesday.
