Apple has released an update of the Apple Watch Series 4 According to news reports on Twitter, the Watch OS 5.1 software update seems to have spoiled the surveillance of some users earlier today, it was designed to improve emergency alerts after activation of fall detection of the watch. And now, it is no longer available for download.
Since the update is available, some users of Twitter and Reddit reported that the update "was picking" their Series 4 watches, causing an endless start loop. (I was able to update series 4 without any problem before the update was extracted by Apple).

The news of the problem of updating the software has already been reported by 9to5mac.

One of the improvements of Watch OS 5.1, available for download alongside iOS 12.1that is, he will now automatically call the emergency services and play a recorded message, indicating that a fall has occurred and providing location information (latitude and longitude). The watch could already make emergency calls after a fall, but did not send an audio message (instead, an emergency message containing location information was sent to a key emergency contact ).
The added audio message is intended for anyone who falls and is unable to speak or falls unconscious. If the falling person can still talk, it is also possible to stop the recorded message and speak directly. (The Apple Watch Series 4 has already had the merit of helping at least one person who has fallen and needs help.)
Apple has already committed to providing a software update to the Apple Watch Series 4 that adds an electrocardiogram (ECG, also called EKG) feature before the end of the year, but the company has not yet specified a date.
