On November 8, Prime Minister John Horgan and Opposition Leader Andrew Wilkinson will participate in a joint debate on the referendum on electoral reform in British Columbia.
The referendum asks British Columbians if they want to change the system by which they elect the leaders of the province – that it is any form of proportional representation or the maintenance of the ballot. majority in one round.
Wilkinson launched a debate on September 24 in Horgan, claiming that his role was to defend the referendum because his government had introduced it.

Wilkinson issued a statement about the debate after his announcement on Tuesday, saying the referendum was "flawed from the beginning".

The discussion will be broadcast on CBC British Columbia and Global B.C from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm PT on November 8th.
A pre-debate special will be broadcast on radio, television and online from 18:30 to 19:00. A post-debate badysis will be broadcast online and on the radio.
