Horror fans Stephen King are celebrating for an Easter egg with the new trailer of Castle Rock . Hulu's horror show is a bit of a blender-work of King's Bibliography, a psychological thriller that crushes the author's best works in a smoothie messed up with psychic pupils, rabid dogs and […] of course by Bill Skarsgard

The trailer alone is filled with nods from the king, including Skarsgard himself, who played Pennywise, badbadin / werewolf / fourth-dimensional monster clown in -but Sissy Spacek is also there to remind everyone of his turn from Carrie .

There are also mentions of Shawshank Prison, the decor snatched from a 1982 King Novella and eventually turned into an Oscar-nominated Shawshank Redemption . There are plans of Juniper Hill Asylum, a den of the King mentioned in Maine that was featured in all of IT to Gerald's Game to 11/22/63 . And then there are newspaper clippings that warn of rabid dog attacks, shouting at the title character of King Cujo a book that the author does not remember having written. Stephen King had a difficult time in the 80s.

Hell, there are probably a hundred little head shots that I missed in those two and a half minutes. See if you can spot one in the trailer below, and catch the series – which also plays Andre Holland Andre Holland-on Hulu on July 25th.
