A video appears to show a van seemingly drenching pedestrians in the capital

The video was posted on YouTube yesterday with a 15.30 stamp, just after a thunderstorm went through.

CTV reached out to Black and McDonald's and received no response. The company has since responded on Twitter saying, "We are aware of this incident and it is currently under investigation, we want to badure the public that we are taking incidents like this very much at the Seriously, and appropriate action will be taken.

Sgt. Mark Gatien says that any splashing may bring charges of mischief and that if the person thrown back by the large amounts of water were to be overthrown and injured as well, these charges could become an badault.
