Half Lovato is in detox, three months after a drug overdose has been hospitalized for nearly two weeks.
Lovato, 26, returned to Los Angeles a few days ago and "is fine until now," according to People.
The update came just after TMZ released the star's first photos at a Los Angeles sushi restaurant after detox with clothing designer Henry Levy.
The singer "Tell me you love me" was hospitalized July 24 after a drug overdose at his home in Hollywood Hills. She remained two weeks after apparently suffering from complications such as high fever and nausea.
Upon her release, her mother, Dianna De La Garza, said last month that the singer was celebrating 90 days of sobriety.
"Yes, she has 90 days and I could not be more grateful or proud of her because addiction is an illness, it's a job," she said on Oct. 27. "It is very difficult, it is not easy and there is no shortcut."
Lovato's mother had previously stated that the singer was "in bad shape" after her overdose and that the family "did not know for two days whether she was going to get there or not."
Lovato broke his silence two weeks after being hospitalized with a posting on Instagram, but has not commented publicly since.
"I've always been transparent about my journey with addiction.what I've learned is that this disease does not go away or fade over time." It's something that I have to continue to defeat and that I have not done yet, "she wrote in August. .
The singer has long publicized her addiction problems, and after celebrating six years of sobriety in March, she revealed in June, through the lyrics of her song "Sober", that she had relapsed.
