According to Black & McDonald, a driver was fired from a van after seeing a van in Sandy Hill.

The video broadcast on YouTube on Friday showed a Black & McDonald truck flying near the sidewalk along King Edward Avenue.

The video caught the attention of the Ottawa Police Sergeant. Mark Gatien, who asked the company to contact him as part of his investigation.

On Sunday, Black & McDonald tweeted "We apologize to all those who have been affected by the recent driving accident of one of our drivers." We want to rebadure the public that safety is our number one priority "We are no longer serving this person."

Police say that there will be no charge in the case.
