Quarterback Mike Reilly completed a series of touchdown pbades as the Edmonton Eskimos came to avenge a defeat in Toronto last week, winning a slim 16-15 win over the Argonauts on Friday.
This was not good news for the Eskimos, however, since the offensive midfielder CJ Gable was eliminated at the end of the last day of the fourth quarter. Dylan Wynn, the Argos defensive lineman, was given a penalty on the game that moved Edmonton to the back of the field and allowed him to end the game.
Reilly made 21 of 36 attempts for 258 yards.

After Reilly was drafted in the end zone by TJ Heath on the 39th opening of his team, Toronto (1-3) responded with a 42-yard field goal by Ronnie Pfeffer
Franklin returned the favor early in the second period by throwing an interception on a third goal to Chris Edwards on the eight-yard line of Edmonton
. 2) was finally on the board with four minutes left in the second quarter when Reilly completed a short pbad to Jordan Robinson, who then lit the throws and ran 30 yards for the touchdown.

Toronto Six minutes into the third quarter, Pfeffer missed a try of 30 yards.
Edmonton extended their lead to 15-4 with three minutes left in the third when Reilly completed an 11-yard pbad. Duke Williams
The Argonauts filled the gap on the final game of the third with a three-yard pbad from James Wilder Jr., with Franklin adding a two-point pbad to SJ Green to score three points.
The Eskim got another punt before Pfeffer was able to tie the score 16-15 with a 28-yard field goal but that was all Toronto could do.
