Fire crews called for Kelowna's Dilworth Drive and Leckie Road to burn

Kelowna firefighters were called into a burning building at Dilworth Drive and Leckie Road on Monday night.

When the crews arrived around 18h. they found the roof completely engulfed in the flames.

It is believed that the building, which is near the old flour mill, is abandoned.

Large swirls of smoke could be seen from the air. on the other side of the city.

Part of Dilworth Drive was restricted to traffic as fire crews responded to the fire.

The building that burned belongs to the historical society.
