Apple seems to have inadvertently divulged several new facial complications that may appear in an upcoming watchOS update, although UI resources are not active in the current watchOS 5.1.1 fix.

The original new complications, including Home, Messaging, Maps, Messages, News, Phone and Remote Control, are designed for the Infograph and Infograph Modular dials exclusive to Apple Watch Series 4.
As noted by 9to5Mac, iOS 12.1.1 and watchOS 5.1.1 users can preview the icons of the complications listed above by browsing in the Watch Faces Gallery view of the Companion Watch app for iOS. Currently, complications can not be configured on a paired Apple Watch.
Although the functionality of the complications remains unknown until their launch, it can be badumed that most of the icons will serve as simple shortcuts to the corresponding watchOS applications rather than providing concrete information such as the current complications related to weather conditions and to the life of the battery. The complication of the News app could however display the current titles as the main component of the Infograph Modular watch face.
Apple will likely include these new complications in an upcoming beta version of the developer watchOS, as the software may be discontinued as early as this week.
The lack of compatible complications for new Infographics-rich Apple's watch dials was one of the few concerns voiced by early users of the Apple Watch Series 4.
Users received watchOS 5.1.1 earlier in the day today, after a previous version of the software update was extracted for shocking some models of Apple Watch last week .
