Frenchman Deschamps and Zidane topped the list of nominees for the FIFA Coach Award

GENEVA – Didier Deschamps and Zinedine Zidane lead the 11 candidates in a likely French dominance of the best FIFA coach

Deschamps led France at the World Cup, and his teammate Zidane, winner of the World Cup in 1998, led Real Madrid to a third consecutive title in the Champions League
