Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 24 points as Milwaukee Bucks, an endemic man, clinched a 134-111 victory over the Golden State Warriors, whose star player, Stephen Curry, left the game with a left adductor.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 24 points and Malcolm Brogdon 20 for the Bucks, who had lost two of three after a 7-0 start.

Klay Thompson dominated Golden State with 24 points on an evening when teammate Stephen Curry missed his four-point attempts and was held 10 points. Curry definitely left the game in the third quarter due to a left adductor strain.

The defeat broke Golden State's eight-game winning streak and was their first home defeat this season.

A three-pointer from Thompson allowed the Warriors to score between 40 and 39 minutes in the fifth minute of the second quarter, before the Bucks used a 15-2 burst to flee. Bledsoe had two hoops and two free throws in the race, while Pat Connaughton contributed four points.

The Bucks led by no less than 15 in the second quarter, then 105 to 79 after three before heading home.

Khris Middleton earned 17 points and Connaughton 15 for the Bucks, who won the game despite a 9-point win over 35 (25.7%) at three points.

Antetokounmpo also had nine rebounds, a top in the match, which allowed Milwaukee to win its second consecutive Golden State season.

Boston Celtics 116-109 Phoenix Suns (OT)

Kyrie Irving recorded 39 points, the highest of the season, as well as seven rebounds and six badists to help the Boston Celtics win a 116-109 overtime victory over the Phoenix Suns.

Marcus Morris added 17 points and drained the basket by three points in regulation tie, while Boston was recovering from a 22-point deficit in the third quarter.

Jaylen Brown scored three points in overtime to limit his effort to 17 points and Terry Rozier added 10 points.

Los Angeles Clippers 105-116 Portland Trail Blazers

Guards Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum combined 48 points while the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 116-105.

Lillard scored 25 points and McCollum added 23 while the Trail Blazers earned their third straight win and sixth place in the last seven outings. Jusuf Nurkic contributed 16 points and nine rebounds.

Danilo Gallinari and Lou Williams each scored 20 points for the Clippers.

Showzl Harrell and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander both scored 19 points, and Tobias Harris had 15 points and 11 rebounds for the losers.

Houston Rocks 80-98 Thunder from Oklahoma City

Paul George produced 20 points and 11 rebounds as the Oklahoma City Thunder won his seventh consecutive game, beating the Houston Rockets 98-80 on Thursday night.

The loss ended a series of three straight wins at the Rockets, led by James Harden's 19 points. But Harden only managed seven of the 19 shots on the ground and four of his 12 attempts behind the three-point line.

The 80 points scored by Houston were the lowest for an NBA team this season.

Steven Adams added 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Thunder, while Terrance Ferguson scored four points at three points to score 14 points.

Both teams struggled to get behind the three-point line. Oklahoma City shot 9 out of 37 (24.3%) from outside the arc, while Houston was 11th out of 42 (26.2%).

The Thunder were stripped of Russell Westbrook for the second consecutive game after All-Star guard sprained their ankle in Monday's win over the New Orleans Pélicans.

But while the Thunder seemed lost at times without Westbrook in the first two games of the season as the leader came back from a knee surgery, Oklahoma City used the defense's intensity to find the way to win without him this time, limiting to 37.8% shot from the field.
