ICBC states that an online update test could help reduce record crash numbers

ICBC says they have a small solution to the growing number of accidents in the province – a simple review on their website.

But Jerry Boal, of ICBC, said he noticed that a large number of people failed the exam.

He hopes this could be part of the solution to accidents increasing 25 percent over the last three years.
