The birth of baby, True Thompson, will take place this week. The amazing Kardashian family.
In a preview of Sunday's episode, Kris Jenner goes into action after learning that her daughter Khloe Kardashian is giving birth in Cleveland while the rest of the family is still in Los Angeles.
"I have to leave, I just got on the plane and I think she's in work," says Jenner, 62. "I knew we should have left last night, I knew it."
"Do you want me to come with you?" Asks 38-year-old Kim Kardashian West, who originally wanted to stay in Australia for a few days to attend her 20-year high school reunion.
"No, you're coming in a few days," Jenner says. "I'm going there, I bring the doctor. The only thing that scares me is that she's going to have this baby before I get there. And then she gives birth alone.
Jenner rushes out of the room and Kim calls Khloé, 34, who asks her if her contractions should "look like menstrual cramps".
"They keep going from different times, so I do not understand if I feel them," she says. "It was 9:43, we were at 8:21, we were at 10-something."
"Okay, I'll get my bag and I'll come with Mom," Kim insists.
"You know, when there is something crazy about our family, we always leave everything we do and support them," she says. "I obviously wanted to go to my meeting and I wanted both to work, but since my meeting is in two days, it's like everything's over – it does not matter. I will go to Cleveland and be there for her. "

Khloe welcomed her first child, her daughter True, with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson on April 12, just two days after charges were laid against her throughout her pregnancy.
By calling in On the air with Ryan Seacrest This summer, Kim admitted that the situation was a first for the famous family.
"Sometimes we filmed and sometimes we were not," she said. "It was more maybe when Khloe wanted her privacy and no cameras when she was in Cleveland going through this, [but] the sisters were still filming and talking [about] how to approach it and what to do. It was definitely a new territory for us when a new baby comes into the world. I think that at the end of the day we always want her to be happy, but everything gets confused when there is a baby, you know?
"Her maternal instinct has begun and she has to do what makes her happy," she added about Khloe alongside Thompson, 27, throughout the cheating scandal. "We will therefore support that."
