Tens of thousands of comic book enthusiasts, geeks and pop culture fans filled the Palais des congrès de Montréal last weekend for the 10th Annual Comiccon of Montreal

A quick walk through the convention center allowed enthusiastic fans to share their experiences.

"We've seen Jason Mamoa," said Comiccon regular Lori Lightfoot. "It was awesome .It was really friendly, really kind."
Mamoa, Aquaman and Game of Thrones was just one of a long list of celebrities who attended this year's event.
Chuck Norris, David Duchovny Ben McKenzie, John Barrowman, Morena Baccarin, Doug Jones, Val Kilmer, Sonequa Martin-Green, Catherine Tate and many others were present, including the prolific and funny Danny Trejo, and the prolific and charming Julian Glover.
"I've been so lucky to have been in all these franchises," said Glover, star of Star Wars Game of Thrones Dr. Who Indiana Jones James Bond and Harry Potter .
"I've been in 170 films, some of them film students," he said with a smile, "I do a lot of work with the people who are going up. I think that's part of our job, really. If you have something to give, do not just sit at home and be vain.
Theater is his true love, but Glover says that conventions like the one in Montreal allow "beautiful conversations".

The Montreal Comiccon completes another record year
The voice actor Caitlin Glbad is in agreement.
"When you are a vocal actor, you do not really see people before arriving at a convention and they can tell you"
Organizers estimate that more than 60,000 people attended the 10th edition of the Comiccon de Montréal
An event that began with 800 to 1000 people has been transformed into a Montreal cultural power.
The 11th Comiccon of Montreal will take place in July 2019.
