NEW ORLEANS – Police say that a shot in New Orleans that killed three people and injured seven others could be linked to a gang.
Aaron Looney, spokesperson for the New Orleans Police Force. killed two men and a woman is linked to gang violence.
A department release said that one of the men killed in the shootout was the intended target. Police say two suspects stood on this man and shot him several times. Police did not name the suspects, but said that one was armed with a gun and the other was armed with a shoulder gun.
Police Chief Michael Harrison said that one of the seven wounded was in critical condition. t seem to have life-threatening injuries.
