GREENLAND, NH – Nicholas "Duffy" Fudge, a fisherman who was part of the cast of the reality show "Wicked Tuna," is dead. He was 28 years old
Remick & Gendron Funeral Home confirmed to the Associated Press that Fudge, of Greenland, New Hampshire, died on Thursday. A cause of death has not been revealed.
The National Geographic Channel follows several ships based in Gloucester, Mbadachusetts, attempting to land bluefin tuna, which can weigh hundreds of pounds and fetch tens of thousands of dollars
. the first lieutenant on Captain Tyler McLaughlin's fishing boat, Pinwheel. He also participated in a spin-off series, "Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks". He started fishing for tuna with his father and grandfather.
National Geographic posted on Facebook that it joins Duffy's family and friends to mourn his untimely loss. "
