If you 're heading to a cenotaph today, just watch this morning for Remembrance Day, here's what you need to know about Sunday's weather.

Skies should be bright (for November), with a mix of sun and cloud.

Winds will be 20 km / h gusting to 40, but becoming light this morning.

The high should reach -1 C, with a wind chill of -13 in the morning and -5 in the afternoon. There will be a low UV index.

Tonight should be mainly cloudy, with a 60 percent chance of flurries overnight, and a low of -5 C, and a wind chill near -8.

For the rest of the week, it will be colder than the average 6 C for this time of year, with a mixed bag of sun, clouds and flurries.

The low overnight Tuesday is predicted to be -12C.
