The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary investigates a pair of robberies that occurred in Goulds on Monday night.
A licensed establishment and a service station were stolen within one hour of each other.
The first flight occurred in a Goulds bar where two masked men entered the bar around 10 pm. and asked the staff for money.
The RNC stated that the men were wearing hoodies and had their faces covered during the flight in which they fled with an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene on foot.
There were no injuries.
In the second incident, around 10:50 pm, a lone man entered the gas station with an Under Armor hat with a gray ticket, a dark blue sweatshirt and a pair of fluorescent tallow gloves.
He fled the scene on foot with a small amount of beer.
The RNC investigation into both incidents will continue.
The RNC responded to 216 service calls during its 24-hour reporting period
