After leaving the scene earlier this morning, Winnipeg police are back on Bannerman Avenue and asking people to stay away.
Earlier Wednesday, police were on the scene of Salter Street and Bannerman Avenue, which they described as a "serious incident." The day ended around 10:45.
But at 1 pm, they said that they were back.
