Cadillac's mission was to bring luxury sedans back to the fore, and its all-new CT5 may have achieved this goal. Making its live debut here in the Big Apple, the Cadillac CT5 2020 replaces not one but two sedans, the ATS and the CTS. With its fastback style and inspiration from the Escala concept, the CT5 also displays the latest technologies from the brand, such as the Super Cruise hands-free driving badistant.
Three trim levels will be on offer when the CT5 will be in the showrooms next year, Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sport. One set of 18-inch wheels is standard, while the 19-inch is optional on the Sport trim, which also features darker accents, unique grilles, rocker arm extensions and a spoiler. The power comes from a 2.0-liter twin scroll turbo developing 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Premium Luxury and Sport will instead receive a 3.0-liter, twin-turbo 3.0L V6 producing 335 hp and 400 lb-ft. Both engines are coupled to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
