Metrolinx confirmed a fatality east of Cooksville GO Station.
The report arrived just before 7 pm and all trains leaving Union Station and heading west on the Milton Line have been canceled.
Emergency personnel investigate the incident and trains will not be able to move into the area until it is cleaned.
Union runners are welcome to take the Lakeshore West line instead.
The service should be reinstated by Wednesday morning.
Union Station 7:10 pm – The Milton GO 20h09 train canceled: possible fatality. Take the LSW train at 19:43 and 20:13 to Port Credit GO where GO buses will service Dixie and all stops to Milton.
